Responsibilities

*Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements

of each project.

*Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill

sets and experience levels.

*Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of

short- and long-term goals.

*Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on

financial analysis.

*Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other

staff members.

*Use and continually develop leadership skills.

*Must-have Skill sets

i. 3-6 years of SEO Project Management or related experience.

ii. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

iii. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and

best practices.

iv. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

v. Excellent analytical skills.

vi. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

vii. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and

timeline.

viii. Experience in client communications (both International and Domestic) and project management.

ix. Should have handled multiple projects on different niches (SEO, SEM, SMO, ORM, Email Marketing and Content Writing)..
