Customer complaints – Responsible in attending all the customers’ complaints and fix the issue by visiting the customers’ place. Attending any customer compliant at any time as soon as customer reports the complaints.

Service Calls – Required to attend all the Service calls according to the requirement of the customers. Monitor their problems and required to provide the good service for them at any given time without fail. A regular follow-up with the existing customers in regard to service.

Customers visit – Responsible in visiting the customers as per the approved tour plan and required to adhere to the plan and must provide the feedback given by the customers to the respective authority.
