Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Expert to join our team at RHP Group. As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the personal care or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring regular and timely posts across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor competitors' social media activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Track and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion, providing insights and recommendations.
