Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of New Business Development in our company, RHP Group. As a New Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India, with an emphasis on telecalling, business development, customer relationship management, cold calling, and client relations. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of business development principles
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Confidence in making cold calls and building rapport with clients

  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Knowledge of the personal care, cosmetics herbal, and/or food products industry (preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through telecalling, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
