Job Overview


We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our RHP Healthcare – Pharma Division team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our company through new business development and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The employment type for this role is full-time. The job location will be the Mumbai office.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in new business development and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the third-party business in the Pharma industry and Cosmetic Industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture potential Clients who wants to have third party manufacturing from RHP healthcare – Pharma division and International Herbal Corporation – Cosmetic Division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Negotiation and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Research and analyze market trends, competition, and client’s needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products and services
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into business development strategies
