Job Description

Experifun is seeking a STEM Tinkering Coordinator who specializes in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronic Communication. The ideal candidate will work closely with students and teachers in implementing hands-on STEM learning projects, primarily focusing on electronics, IoT, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct STEM tinkering lab sessions in schools.
• Guide students in designing and implementing electronics and IoT-based projects.
• Develop and implement STEM-based activities and curriculum.
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of the tinkering lab.
• Support students in building exhibition models and innovative projects.
• Provide technical training and support to students and teachers.
• Monitor project progress and report to school coordinators.

Required Qualifications

• Degree: BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronic Communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in STEM education, robotics, or IoT projects.
• Proficiency in handling electronic components, microcontrollers, and programming.
• Strong knowledge of Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) guidelines and curriculum.
• Good understanding of design thinking and problem-solving approaches.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
• Fluency in Tamil and English for effective communication.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in working with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of IoT, robotics, and AI applications in education.
• Experience in mentoring students for science fairs and competitions.

Other Requirements

• Ability to travel (50% within Tamil Nadu).
• Must be enthusiastic about STEM education and student engagement.
