Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Service Engineer (Male) specializing in firefighting for a full-time position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience at a senior level. The role demands expertise in handling various firefighting systems, ensuring safety and compliance with required standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in fire alarm systems (Mandatory skill).
• Hand-on expertise in fire suppression systems (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in fire hydrant maintenance (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes and standards to ensure compliance in all operations.
• Proven troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues in firefighting systems effectively.
• Project management skills to oversee the implementation and completion of projects successfully.
• Ability to lead a team with effective communication, motivation, and operational oversight.
• Experience in maintaining systems in demanding environments, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain automatically-operating fire extinguishing systems and electronic fire detection and alarm systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure that all fire safety equipment is fully operational.
• Navigate and apply NFPA standards to maintain compliance in all engineering tasks and deliverables.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for fire alarm and suppression systems to identify and fix any faults.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet safety and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians in executing their duties effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the integration of fire safety systems within larger projects.
• Maintain detailed records of all system installations, maintenance activities, and project progress reports.
