Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Neurosurgery Clinical Associate to join our prestigious facility in Mumbai Suburban, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai. This full-time, mid-level position is ideal for professionals with up to 6 years of experience in neurosurgery. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced surgical techniques to deliver exemplary patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in microsurgical techniques (Mandatory skill) to perform intricate surgical procedures with precision.
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (Mandatory skill) for minimally invasive operations and enhanced precision.
- Strong understanding of neuro-navigation systems for accurate localization and mapping in surgical planning.
- Ability to conduct intraoperative neuromonitoring to track neural pathways and prevent potential nerve damage during procedures.
- A thorough knowledge of advanced neuroanatomy to effectively diagnose and treat complex neurological disorders.
- Competency in endovascular procedures for managing vascular diseases of the central nervous system.
- Proficient in medical imaging interpretation to guide diagnosis and inform the surgical approach.
- Hands-on experience with electrophysiology for the analysis and treatment of electrical properties of the nervous system.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in performing complex neurosurgical procedures using state-of-the-art techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards of patient care.
