We are seeking a Senior Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to join our team at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre in Mumbai. This is a full-time role suited for candidates with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage MEP systems for new facility projects and renovations within the hospital environment.
• Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and hospital management to integrate MEP designs into overall building plans.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with health, safety, regulatory, and environmental standards specific to healthcare facilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, reports, and approvals.
• Implement best practices for the operation and maintenance of existing systems to enhance overall hospital efficiency.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues within MEP installations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve MEP engineering practices to maximize facility management efficiency and sustainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and maintenance personnel.
