Job Overview

The IT Billing role at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre involves managing and optimizing billing systems within the hospital's IT framework. This full-time position is based in Girgaon, Charni Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of billing processes and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

1. Role Overview: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions for SAP ISH & Other ERP Patient Account processes.
2. System Configuration: Configure SAP ISH modules related to patient accounts, billing, and revenue cycle management.
3. Data Management: Ensure accurate patient data management and maintain data integrity within the system.
4. Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
7. User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective use of SAP ISH functionalities.
8. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to the SAP ISH Patient Account module.
9. Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of SAP ISH implementations.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, clinical, and IT, to ensure successful integration of the SAP ISH Patient Account system.
