Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Digital Transformation professional to join our team in Mumbai, Girgaon. This full-time role requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. The candidate will drive digital strategy within our Human Resources department, emphasizing robust HR technology and analytics solutions while fostering positive change in our organizational practices.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency with cloud-based HR platforms to manage and streamline HR processes effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive informed HR decisions (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong HR technology strategy skills to align digital initiatives with organizational objectives (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with change management to effectively lead and manage organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to implement and optimize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for improved HR service delivery.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies for quick adaptations and improvements in digital HR projects.
  • Designing employee experiences that enhance workplace satisfaction and engagement.
  • Use of digital adoption platforms to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new HR technologies.
  • Power BI Certification and experience.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital transformation strategies within the HR department, focusing on optimizing HR processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions that enhance HR service delivery.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies that improve employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee the management and analysis of HR data to guide strategic HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Implement change management initiatives to support transitions to new digital HR systems and tools.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital HR initiatives and propose necessary improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while implementing digital HR solutions.
