Monitor compliance to statutory / regulatory requirements and internal / external audits

Manage optimum levels of inventory & drive cost reduction

Key Responsibilities: Operations (Core area)

  • 1

Plan and design stores strategy for the concerned category

  • 2

Drive adherence to the departmental policies and procedures by the Stores team

  • 3

Manage entire store operations to ensure availability of right material as per plant’s requirements - receipt, inspection and usage decision, warehousing, binning & preservation

  • 4

Monitor liquidation of surplus and obsolete materials

  • 5

Review MIS / reports and publish periodic reports for the hospital management

  • 6

Plan safety standards and safe working conditions in stores

  • 7

Ensure HSEF, statutory and legal compliances

  • 8

Monitor compliance to statutory / regulatory requirements and internal / external audits including Quality audits like JCI, NABH, ISO etc.

  • 9

Resolve issues with respect to stores management and operations in a timely manner

  • 10

Participate in interdepartmental meetings and fulfill responsibilities as assigned

  • 11

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the SLT member from time to time

Support HR in selection and onboarding of the most suitable resources with approval
