Job Overview

We are seeking a Biomedical Service Coordinator for a full-time, junior-level position based in Mumbai. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves ensuring smooth departmental coordination, handling communication tasks, and maintaining data management systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in departmental coordination to ensure seamless operations and communication within and between departments (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with medical and administrative staff as well as external vendors (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in managing and coordinating calls related to medical services and hospital administration (Mandatory skill).
• Working knowledge and experience with SAP for efficient data and resource management within the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of hospital management principles to support daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Strong data management skills to handle patient information, departmental records, and other critical healthcare data.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patients, and external service providers.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in all administrative tasks and records.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with biomedical engineering teams to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Handle communication between departments to streamline processes and facilitate the efficient delivery of medical services.
• Manage and maintain departmental data including maintenance records, equipment status, and service logs.
• Assist in the implementation and usage of SAP systems within the biomedical and hospital management context.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards in all biomedical service operations.
• Support the administrative team in organizing and prioritizing work assignments and departmental tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls for equipment maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on equipment status, service schedules, and any issues encountered.
