Job Description:

·        Define Digital Roadmap:

• Translate healthcare business goals into actionable product roadmaps and well-defined product requirements.
• Prioritize and oversee the development of digital solutions to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance.

·        Product Management:

• Lead the development of healthcare digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and administrative teams, to ensure product alignment with business needs.
• Ensure all digital solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with information security teams to align solutions with data protection policies.
• Exhibit a can-do attitude to proactively identify and overcome roadblocks in the digital transformation journey.

·        Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders (physicians, administrators, patients, and regulatory bodies).
• Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to key stakeholders.

·        End-to-End Product Lifecycle:

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in healthcare digital transformation.
