Job Title: Subject matter expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking Subject matter expert work with schools, training students in communicative English. The role involves extensive travel, classroom demonstrations, teacher training, and program audits. The trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the EELL program across multiple schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and field training for teachers and students.
• Provide demonstrations to school management on EELL program implementation.
• Train teachers to conduct EELL classes effectively.
• Conduct regular school visits (40-50 schools per month) to audit and support the EELL program.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of the program.
• Ensure successful completion of the EELL program in the assigned schools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience in teaching or training (preferred).
• Strong fluency in English; proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel across 4-6 districts and work in schools.

• Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month + Travel Allowance
