Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate new leads using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, CRM tools, and online marketplaces.
Leverage social media and email marketing campaigns to create interest and nurture leads.
Perform market research to identify trends and target potential clients in IT-related sectors.
Work with lead generation tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io.
Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and engage with them through personalized communication.
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and pitch IT services to prospective clients.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective follow-up and negotiation.
Develop strategies to shorten the sales cycle and close deals effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Provide timely responses to client queries and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Use CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor the sales pipeline.
Tele sales & Cold Calling:
Perform outbound tele sales activities, cold calling prospective clients to present IT services and generate meetings or sales opportunities.
Follow up on inbound leads through telephonic conversations, nurturing interest, and driving conversion.
Effectively handle objections, explain services clearly, and close sales over the phone when necessary.
Collaboration & Strategy Development:
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand service offerings and tailor pitches accordingly.
Contribute to developing business development strategies, including exploring new markets and expansion opportunities.
Reporting & Metrics:
Track and report on KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales performance, and client acquisition.
Present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-6 years) in IT-related business development, telesales, and lead generation.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with IT services and solutions such as software development, cloud solutions, and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of social media marketing and email outreach strategies.
