Job Responsibilities for the role of Franchise Manager:

  1. Develop and implement franchise strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Identify potential franchisees and evaluate their suitability based on demographical, financial and operational criteria.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess market potential.
  4. Negotiate and finalize sub franchise/consultants in franchisee area and its agreements, ensuring compliance with operational policy requirements and company standards.
  5. Provide training, guidance and support to franchisees and their associates/employees in establishing and operating their businesses effectively.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and monitor franchisee compliance with operational standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies for franchise locations.
  8. Monitor and analyze the working pattern of their resources on every week and provide guidance to franchisees for improvement.
  9. Coordinate training programs for franchisees and their staff to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
  10. Resolve conflicts and disputes between franchisees and provide mediation or guidance when necessary.
  11. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on franchise operations.
  12. Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and provide support.
  13. Collaborate with the finance department ensure all payments receivables to be from franchisee with proper account dashboard.
  14. Assist franchisees in motivating for their business targets in achieving goals.
  15. Act as a liaison between franchisees and the company, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  16. Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in franchising and share knowledge and insights with company management.
  17. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the franchise program and establish strategic partnerships.
  18. Prepare regular reports and presentations on franchise performance, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  19. Continuously improve and refine franchise processes and operations to optimize efficiency and profitability.
