Roles and Responsibilities



  •  Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities with them

  • Resolve customer issues and provide pre- and post-sales support
  • Process bookings and confirmations in the CRM and booking systems Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities
