We are seeking a skilled and dedicated WordPress developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves managing, maintaining, and developing WordPress websites, creating custom themes, plugins, and templates, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Development & Maintenance:

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.

• Develop and implement custom themes and plugins as per project requirements.

• Ensure website performance, speed, and security.

2. Content Management:

• Set up and configure WordPress sites.

• Manage content updates, layout changes, and new page creations.

3. Optimization:

• Optimize websites for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with our design and content teams to implement website changes.

• Suggest improvements for existing websites to enhance functionality and user experience.

5. Support & Updates:

• Ensure WordPress sites are always up-to-date.

• Regularly monitor and fix bugs or issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress developer (3+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

• Proficiency in creating custom themes and plugins.

• Experience with page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Yoast.

• Understanding of website performance optimization and troubleshooting.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with APIs and integration.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce).

• Ability to work with third-party integrations like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
