About the Role:


Revoyant, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our media sales efforts, specifically targeting demand generation professionals in SaaS companies. This is a Zero-to-One challenger sales role, perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to impact business growth directly.


You’ll be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers at SaaS companies, aligning our media solutions with their strategic demand generation goals, and closing deals that fuel our growth.


Key Responsibilities:


• Drive Growth: Develop and close new business opportunities, working with SaaS companies to align Revoyant’s media solutions with their demand generation strategies.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, self-source prospects, and consistently exceed sales targets.

• Strategic Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (including demand generation, marketing, and C-level executives) within SaaS companies.

• Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and position Revoyant’s solutions effectively, utilizing a challenger sales approach to differentiate our offering.

• Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring smooth handoffs for long-term client success.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close deals that align with Revoyant’s business objectives and client needs.

• Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position Revoyant’s value proposition effectively.

• Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, partnerships) to leverage resources that support the sales process and enhance customer experience.


Qualifications:


• 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in media sales, SaaS, or demand generation.

• Track record of building and maintaining strategic C-level relationships in early-stage environments.

• Experience with consultative and challenger sales methodologies.

• Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and closing $20k+ deals.

• Strong understanding of the demand generation function within SaaS companies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
