Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position, ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources. The candidate will work closely with our management to support various HR functions and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in employee relations, providing support and resolving workplace conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, including posting jobs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Strong understanding of performance management practices to assess and improve employee performance effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies and the ability to implement them within the organization efficiently.
  • Solid skills in training and development, with a capacity to design and deliver engaging programs.
  • Experience in managing compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and fair remuneration systems.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure all HR processes meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments effectively.

  • Administer and develop HR plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
