Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers, to develop technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements.
• Research and analyze client requirements, including proposal and RFP requirements, and develop effective solutions to address them.
• Develop proposals that clearly articulate the technical scope, including functional and technical requirements, system architecture, design, development, and testing approach, deployment strategy, and support model.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring that it is accurate, clear, and compelling.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging and branding across all proposals and other documentation.
• Manage and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously, while ensuring that each proposal is compliant with client requirements and aligns with company standards.
• Ensure that proposals are delivered on time, in full and of high quality.
• Maintain proposal content and templates in a centralized repository, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing, or other related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing or technical writing within the IT industry. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
