Job Title: Operations Executive (Fresher’s)

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra.

Day Shift: Monday to Friday (10:00 am - 6:30 pm), Saturday (10:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Executive to join our team in Vasai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a strong ability to create reports and coordinate efficiently with clients. Candidates with knowledge in the hospitality industry are preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for fresher’s to kick-start their career in operations management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills with a good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to create reports and efficiently coordinate with clients via calls and emails.
• Analytical mind-set with a strong penchant for accurate research.
• Knowledge in the hospitality industry is a valuable asset.
• Candidates from Hospitality institutes like IIHM, IHM are preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards
2. Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
3. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
4. Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
5. Act as overall revenue management consultant for the hotel manager/owner.
6. Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
7. Identify new revenue opportunities
