Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tour Manager. The Tour Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tour operations, ensuring the smooth execution of travel itineraries, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan and coordinate all aspects of tours, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals.

Develop comprehensive itineraries and ensure that they are executed efficiently, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Serve as the main point of contact for tour participants, addressing any inquiries or concerns before, during, and after the tour.

Lead tour groups, providing guidance, assistance, and information to enhance the overall experience.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to secure services and negotiate favorable rates.

Manage logistics and handle unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that may arise during tours.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

Conduct pre-tour briefings and post-tour evaluations to gather feedback and improve future tours.

Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and other relevant documentation.

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to enhance tour offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in tour management, travel coordination, or hospitality management.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Proficiency in using travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Knowledge of foreign languages and experience in international travel (an advantage).
