Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Reva HR Solutions. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers, to drive product development
• Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the product
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies
• Provide product training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track and analyze key product metrics to measure success and inform future product decisions
