Job Description

1.   Design and development for Powertrain DC-DC Converters/OBD Chargers for 5Kw to 22Kw(200Vdc to 800Vdc).

2.   Strong Knowledge of Power Electronics circuit design for HV and LV design for EV Automotive domain.Must have knowledge of tools like Orcad Cadence/Altium/Mentor Graphics for design/schematic/simulation and PCB layout design.

3.   Strong knowledge of different power converter topologies for AC/DC,DC/DC converters. Should have through knowledge of EMI Filter,PFC,DCDC design and simulation.

4.   Must aware of simulation softwares for power converters like PSIM,Simscape,Mathcad,Matlab.

5.   Familier with power semiconductors IGBT/MOSFET for selection,Gate driver ,thermal management and packaging foot print.

6.   Must have knowledge of Power Pack PCB layout design with thermal simulation.

7.   Must have experience in component DFMEA,EMI/EMC,testing and validation as per Automotive standards. 

8.   Benchmarking of components for improving, new technologies for design improvement.

9.   Experience in proper process documentation for new design products like HLD,LLD and simulation results.

10. Lead the development activities from design to proto and production.
