Mid-level Mendix Developer

Experience Level: 3-5 years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum Mendix Intermediate Certification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Mendix platform development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex business applications using the Mendix platform.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture that meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Create custom modules and widgets using Mendix Modeler to extend platform functionality.
• Design and implement robust data models and database structures.
• Oversee testing and debugging processes to ensure smooth functionality and resolve defects.
• Stay updated with Mendix's latest features and best practices, recommending process improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams for successful project delivery and provide ongoing technical support.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on Mendix development techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Mendix development principles and design patterns.
• Proficient in building microflows, pages, and domain models in Mendix Modeler.
• Experience with Mendix App Services, such as security, performance optimization, and deployment.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in relational databases and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic as a beneficial addition.
• Self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
