Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in FE modelling and meshing using ANSA.
• Proficiency in ANSA software and other related meshing tools.
• Strong knowledge of finite element analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience in working with complex geometries and CAD models.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform FE modeling and meshing using ANSA software.
• Develop and implement meshing strategies for complex geometries.
• Collaborate with design engineers to understand the requirements and constraints of the model.
• Generate high-quality meshes and ensure adherence to meshing standards.
• Optimize mesh quality to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct mesh convergence studies to validate the mesh.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in meshing techniques and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate the meshed models into the overall simulation process.
• Document the meshing process and maintain accurate records.
