Skills
• Lead cloud-based application implementations from end to end, including gathering requirements from business users, analyze requirements and provide timeline, budget, etc.
• Develop configurations and customizations to leverage AODocs
• Help gather requirements and scope of AODocs projects aligned with the company Enterprise Content Strategy and roadmap
• Ability to collaborate with team members to design, build and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives
• Resolve challenging issues with practical problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage business users after the implementation process to ensure they successfully adapt to services.
• Work closely with business owners to translate pain points, goals, and objectives into actionable strategies for success.
• Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness at all times when engaging with business users.
• Provide end user training & support
• Provide Library owner / admin training & support
• Be able to define integration use cases & options between AppSheet & AODocs
• Be aware / able to be define AODocs / BigQuery Sync options and build Looker Studio Dashboards based on the data
• Be able to to collaborate with business to define and implement the best option to deploy the AODocs data and services to end users, either via AODocs, BigQuery / Looker Studio reporting & dashboards, Connect (LumApps) AODocs Widget or Connect embedded iframe options (such as Looker Dashboards, AODocs views etc.)
• Manage migration of documents and metadata from Google MyDrive and Google Shared Drives
• Software as a Service (SAAS) with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management / Co software
• Strong knowledge of SaaS and cloud architectures
• Experience working across multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Diploma / Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent Problem-solving, analytical skills and communication skills (writing, listening, phone).
• A team player that is capable of high performance and flexibility working in a dynamic environment.
Should be able to ready to work in Hybrid Model - Office location, AIroli, Navi Mumbai
