Job Overview

We are seeking a UX UI Designer and testing Intern to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design software and methodologies, with capabilities in user research, wireframing, and prototyping. This role will be pivotal in creating engaging user experiences and designs that align with R2C’s strategic solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to develop cohesive visual designs and wireframes.
• understanding of user research methodologies to gather insights and identify user needs effectively.

• Experience with usability testing to evaluate and enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
• Ability to design responsive layouts ensuring compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.

• understanding client requirements and translating them into successful user interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
