About the Role

Atom Religion is seeking a Fashion Operations and Marketing Specialist to take charge of sales, fashion campaign coordination, social media marketing, project management, and e-commerce support. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment and want to showcase their creativity, leadership, and strategic skills.

To ensure a perfect fit, candidates will go through a 4-8 week trial work period where they can demonstrate their skills, adaptability, and commitment before full onboarding. During this phase, candidates will be required to put in the needed time and effort to prove their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market presence.
  • Identify and secure new retail and client opportunities.
  • Lead and train sales teams to improve performance and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of fashion trends and competitors.

2. Fashion Model & Campaign Coordination

  • Plan and oversee fashion campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate with models, photographers, designers, and stylists.
  • Organize and manage photo shoots, brand activations, and fashion events.
  • Ensure smooth execution of branding and promotional campaigns.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve visibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators.

4. Fashion Project Management

  • Oversee and execute multiple fashion projects simultaneously.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all fashion-related initiatives.

5. E-Commerce & Online Retail Support

  • Manage online product listings, inventory updates, and order tracking.
  • Work with developers and designers to enhance the e-commerce shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales data to improve conversions and optimize online marketing efforts.


Trial Period (4-8 Weeks)

  • During this trial phase, candidates will be given real tasks to demonstrate their skills, work ethic, and adaptability.
  • The trial period is designed to ensure the right fit for both the candidate and the business team.
  • Candidates must put in the necessary time and effort to showcase their capabilities.
  • Successful candidates from this trial phase will be fully onboarded as permanent team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in fashion sales, marketing, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, branding, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects.
