Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team at Shakuntal Interior. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated area. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and the employment type is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Familiarity with the building materials industry is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the assigned area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers within target organizations and establish rapport with them
  • Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about our products and services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay updated with industry developments and attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
