Role Overview:

These roles offer an opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding startup core team, with responsibilities including reporting to and collaborating with directors.

Key expertise required includes IIoT, ITIL, Data Analysis, Manufacturing Process Improvement, Industry 4.0, and Zoho Sprints-based Agile Project Management. Responsibilities involve product configuration, deployment, and integration with minimal customizations, operating within an Agile framework. Collaboration with stakeholders and the tech lead for requirements gathering and managing an engineering team of around 8 members focused on API configuration. Additionally, there's an opportunity to engage with partners on IIoT hardware development and deployment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation or Post Graduation in IT.
• 5 – 12 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years as a Project Manager in IIoT, ITIL, and relevant technologies
• Strong expertise in data analysis and project management
• Proven track record in driving manufacturing process improvements
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and applications
• Proficiency in Zoho Sprints-based Agile Project Management
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and drive delivery excellence initiatives in IIoT and ITIL domains
• Implement and optimize manufacturing process improvements leveraging IIoT technologies
• Manage projects using Zoho Sprints-based Agile Project Management
• Analyze data to derive insights that enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery in Industry 4.0 context

Core focus areas:

ITIL:

• Bring up infrastructure and accelerate deployment.
• Identify and resolve gaps in infrastructure.
• Own and optimize processes to prevent deployment delays.
• Collaborate with vendor-partners in IIoT product development and testing.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze process data from customers.
• Construct data streams for manufacturing processes.
• Validate data models and ensure the accuracy of charts and dashboards.

DevOps:

• Automate build pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Manage updates from customer versions to the base product.
• Handle release updates and license management.
• Coordinate with Test Automation and ensure version control.

Project Management

• Integration of functions across a small team is crucial.
• Address primary failure modes related to customer communication and Kanban breaks.
• Hands-on project management with clear conceptual and communication skills.
• Drive ownership and outcome orientation in project delivery.
