Requirements:

 4-10 years of experience in a similar analytics role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.

 Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.

 Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau/Power BI, to create interactive and insightful dashboards.

 Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.

 2+ years of experience in Banking & Payments

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.  Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

 Design and implement data visualizations using Tableau to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

 Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and business improvement

 Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiatives and decision-making processes.
