Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 0-3 years of experience in travel/inside sales or a similar role
• Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Customer-oriented mindset

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements
• Provide personalized travel advice and guidance to clients
• Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options
• Effectively communicate and negotiate with clients to finalize travel arrangements
• Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
