Key Responsibilities:

🔰Provide accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
🔰Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies.
🔰Document interactions and transactions accurately for record-keeping purposes.
🔰Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Interested ones with relevant prior experience in a US/UK Banking Process/ US Banking Collection Experience can apply. (Min. 01 year experience)
Qualifications:
🔶 High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
🔶Prior experience in US/UK Banking Process.
🔶Exceptional communication skills and the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
🔶Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate various software applications.
🔶Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
