Position: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and beautiful digital experiences. In this role, 

you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging interfaces and seamless user journeys for our clients and internal ventures

Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

• Ensure UI/UX designs are responsive and work across a variety of platforms and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience.

• Create and implement user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities.

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

• Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, high-quality code.

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-device compatibility.

• Ensure adherence to UX best practices and web accessibility standards.

Required Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in web design and development.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.

• Experience with UX/UI tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

• Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with version control (Git).

• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization.
