Position:- TL/Assistant Manager/ Manager

B.Tech/M.tech :- Electronics & Communication

Experience:- 4+ years

ResearchWire is looking for US Patent Prosecution and specification drafting professionals with minimum 4+ years of experience. Flexible work environment with best in industry compensation.

Key Requirements:-

1) Draft Patent Applications for inventions in the field of Computer Science, electronics, artificial intelligence, and telecommunication technologies.

2) Deliver prosecution projects including independently responding to USPTO office actions.

3) Draft complete patent applications including well-crafted claim sets that conform to US and EP patent legal and procedural standards.

Knowledge and Skills:-

1) Bachelors or master’s in engineering/technology from a reputed institute.

2) Excellent domain knowledge in computer Science, electronics, artificial intelligence, and telecommunication technologies.

3) 4+ years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution for US/EP jurisdiction.

4) Experience of drafting/responding 100+ patent applications or office action responses.

5) Excellent comprehension skills, reading and understanding of technical literature, patent publication. Robust understanding of latest and upcoming technologies.

6) Excellent (persuasive) writing skills to draft convincing arguments.

7) Understanding of latest case rulings would be an added advantage.
