Job Description: -

1. Candidates suitable for this role can be a fresher with very good academic record, technical competency in the area of specialization, and have the ability to read, comprehend and analyze patent documents in detail.

2. Technology interest, Strong analytical skills.

3. The job would involve reading the patent records from different jurisdictions, and based on the technical subject matter coverage, should be able to categorize them in specific technical fields.

4. Conduct searches on Patent infringement, EOU, Claim Mapping, litigation, monetization patentability, FTO, Invalidity, Product search, Prior Art searches, Novelty.

5. Perform landscape studies. Understanding the technology and map them to existing products.

6. Formulation and validation of approach in lending support to R&D teams of clients.

7. Capacity to work independently as well as in teams.

8. Excellent reading and comprehension skills and Effective searching skills.

9. Good Knowledge of Data Source, Sensitivity of deadlines and work quality.
