Key Role & Responsibilities:

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - Inside Sales located in Bengaluru & Noida. The Associate - Inside Sales will be responsible for daily activities such as lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Associate - Inside Sales is also expected to provide exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and Lead Generation

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels

• Experience in the education industry or ed-tech space is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proficient in English & Hindi Spoken Language

• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
