Job Description :

- 3+ years hands on experience in Ruby on Rails.

- Proven experience in developing large scale web applications with Ruby on Rails and related technologies.

- Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema

- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

- Ability to provide thought leadership, organize, and prioritize work

- PostgreSQL expertise

- GIT or other source control

Analyze :

- Collaborate with product owners / product managers / Client success managers to comprehensively analyze customer needs.

Design :

Build :

- The code should be adhering to Rently coding standards, clean, high-quality, high-performance and maintainable.

Leadership :

- Mentor and guide our junior team members.
