Job brief - Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Strategy Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market share.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the rental, real estate and other related industries.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current business partners.
3. Sales Targets Achievement:
- Drive sales by developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed targets. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with B2B clients.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. - Prepare and deliver effective in-person presentations to potential clients.
5. Market Research & Analysis:

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
2. Professional Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the B2B segment. - A strong background in the hospitality industry is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
4. Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel extensively as required for client meetings.
