Job Profile
1. Proficient in picking up Customer Solutions on an ongoing basis
2. To be completely hands-on and should be able to provide excellent turnaround in case of High Profile Customers as well as High Severity Cases
3. Work in close co-ordination with other team members and assist the leads
4. Ensure timely and proper Status Reporting
5. Ensure proper follow-up with Customers for Case closures
6. Keep in touch with the Product Enhancements from time to time (i. e. Release after Release)
7. Identify automation opportunities. Work on identified automations to help improve productivity in operations
Skills
1. Good English Communication Skills
2. Good knowledge of
1. JavaScript
2. Linux
3. Java / C++
4. PL/SQL
3. Knowledge of writing Unix shell scripts (preferable)
4. Knowledge of Oracle (preferable)
5. Very good Analytical skills
6. Basic understanding of Web Server, HTML, XML
7. Worked in Support or Customer Facing Role (Preferable)
8. Good understanding of Data Structures (Optional)
