Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Record To Report professional for our offices in Pune and Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant work experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and account reconciliation among other duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill)
• Account Reconciliation (Mandatory skill)
• SAP (Mandatory skill)
• General Ledger experience with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Month-end Close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial data
• Proficiency in preparing and posting Journal Entries
• Strong Financial Analysis skills to assist in the preparation of various reports
• Solid knowledge of GAAP to ensure compliance with all financial regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct account reconciliations to verify all transactions are recorded correctly
• Utilize SAP for various financial functions and processes
• Assist in the month-end close process ensuring all entries are posted on time
• Create and post journal entries based on financial activities
• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and other relevant financial standards and regulations
• Support continuous improvement efforts in financial processes and controls
