Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The primary responsibility is to promote our products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand our offerings and making a compelling case for their use.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey product information to healthcare professionals.
- Robust product knowledge to ensure thorough understanding and promotion of the company's offerings.
- Adept at customer relationship management to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes and drive sales growth.
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
- Ability to conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
- Strong presentation skills to convincingly present product benefits to potential clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to illustrate the benefits of the company's products.
- Regularly meet with healthcare professionals to discuss product lines and secure new business.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Manage appointment schedules and plan daily work to maximize productivity.
