About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technician to join our team, specializing in Control & Relay Panels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of control and relay panels in various electrical systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of electrical controls, relay logic, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install control and relay panels in new or existing electrical systems.
• Ensure proper wiring, grounding, and connections according to electrical diagrams and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate installation.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on control and relay panels.
• Identify and rectify issues with relays, control circuits, and panel components.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of control systems.
• Test control and relay panels to ensure proper operation and functionality.
• Utilize testing instruments and tools to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve issues and restore system functionality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in safety training sessions and stay updated with safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, testing, and repairs.
• Prepare detailed reports on panel performance and maintenance activities.
• Update documentation related to control and relay panels.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and faults.
• Suggest improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in electrical control technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in working with control and relay panels.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of control systems, relay logic, and electrical circuits.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing instruments and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance and safety are preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in physically demanding environments and handle heavy equipment.

Working Conditions:

• May be required to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be available for on-call duties and respond to emergencies as needed.
• May need to work in high-voltage environments.
