Job Description for Service Coordinator:

The Service Coordinator will assist in managing electrical service operations, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Schedule and assign service requests to technicians based on availability and skillset.
• Monitor service operations to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a log of service requests, including status updates and resolution timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their service requests.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, work orders, and client communication records.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Should coordinate with the logistic team for material dispatch.
• Should have a proper knowledge of Site work 
• Coordinate with the Site Engineers regarding the deputation and align for the same  
• Coordination for project management

Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in electrical service coordination or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with service management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
