JD FOR SENIOR SALES COORDINATOR :

• Should have experience in handling International calls & customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Coordinate sales activities and processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of sales orders.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Adequately coordinating across the departments
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Experience in B2B sales or account management.
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Should be able to do multitasking 
• Fluency in English

• Fresher/Experience: Experience 5- 10 yrs
• Salary Package(Monthly Gross): Between 30 - 40K
