Job description for Administrative Assistant (Male) :


We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team and support our administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Keep the records of all the assets of the company, and look for the maintenance part and ensure timely maintenance is done.
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Coordinate with all departments on all office equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functioning.
  • Prepare reports and data, as well as maintain files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Look after the facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services.
  • Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Look after printing & Scanning part
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Good Typing skills (English & Marathi)


  • Designation: Administrative Assistant
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Branch: Navi Mumbai Kharghar (Head Office) 
  • Salary Package (Monthly Gross): Between 15 - 20K (depends on the interview round)
  • Male/Female: Male
  • Job Location: Navi Mumbai Kharghar
  • Fresher/Experience: Experience (Min 1 - 2 years)
  • Preferred Candidate - The Candidate will be preferred from Navi Mumbai Location Only
