Job Details:
Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 1 -6 Years
Shift: Night Shift (07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST)
Process: US Process
Job Summary:
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Social Media Sites, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Job Portals, etc.
• Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Job Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to coordinate different types of interviews (TCON, F2F, VC, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making* job postings* on the Job Portal.
• Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background checks, drug tests, etc leading to joining post placement.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
• Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
• Publish progress report to management every week.
